Brian Heemsoth

Brian Heemsoth is currently the Director of Aetna’s Software & Mobile Security Group, where he works to facilitate the adoption of application security controls throughout the enterprise, and drive the innovation of Aetna’s Mobile Security resources in a manner that appropriately mitigates risk and  improves the customer experience. 

Brian was a founding member of Aetna’s Software Security group, and has significant experience in efficiently integrating security controls into waterfall and DevOps SDLC’s. Prior to joining the Software & Mobile Security Group, Brian worked as a Security Engineer supporting encryption &key management technologies, identity & access management platforms, and other security tools.
